at a time of profound global change and challenges, we feel that macrobiotic philosophy offers practical wisdom for living with clarity, balance, and purpose. This Conference is an invitation to reconnect thinking, health, and food as one integrated path toward personal and collective vitality. Together, we will explore how timeless principles can inspire meaningful action in today’s world.
At this year’s Conference, we would like to explore and present three subfields, with each day dedicated to one of them.
Day 1 / October 20th

Day 3 / October 22nd
Organic farming: Return to the Essence
This day, we will spend at the Zrno Organic Farm – a pioneering Croatian organic farm that is part of the same business ecosystem as Makronova.
Why organic farming matters • Organic farming as a circle that integrates philosophy, nutrition, and source of food • Regenerative agriculture – beyond just organic agriculture.
